This was an infill site in between townhouses. The site had several challenges including flooding, privacy and overshadowing due to the orientation.
The bedrooms were designed with an angle that allowed windows to face away from neighbouring dwellings becoming a design feature and creating privacy for both residents and neighbours. Side and rear setbacks were also maximized to reduce the impacts of overshadowing.
