Settled between Princes Hwy and a school, the site brought challenges that required a unique solution. To offer a desirable retreat from the surrounding environment the use of solid balustrades and timber screening to the oversized balconies, achieved a sound and visual buffer. The combination of these elements provided a homogeneous façade.
