Situated within the Lidcombe town centre, Lidcombe Central forms part of the area’s ongoing urban renewal, located in close proximity to the railway station, retail precinct and surrounding civic amenities. The development contributes to the intensification of the centre while strengthening connections between the surrounding streets and open spaces.

The ground floor accommodates 20 commercial and retail tenancies that activate the public domain and support the growing town centre. A publicly accessible pedestrian corridor runs through the development, linking Railway Street with the existing Friends Park and a new park dedication, improving permeability across the site and establishing a clear connection between the surrounding public spaces.

A podium level forms the base of the development and defines the street edge while supporting the residential towers above. Level 1 includes seven commercial office tenancies oriented towards Friends Park, allowing the workspace environments to benefit from views and natural outlook. Communal open space is also located on the podium level and is carefully screened from adjacent residential units through extensive landscaping and vegetation.

Above the podium, the development is organised into three residential towers. The primary tower is positioned on the corner of the site and rises 17 storeys, establishing a strong vertical marker within the Lidcombe centre. At the uppermost level of this tower, a rooftop communal open space provides a range of shared amenities including an amphitheatre, fitness and recreation areas, BBQ facilities, sun lounge areas and native community gardens for residents.

Across the development, a total of 301 residential apartments are designed to achieve a high standard of amenity, with strong solar access, generous private balconies and access to a variety of landscaped communal spaces distributed throughout the podium and rooftop levels.
