The building takes on the form of an L-shape, that defines the street edge and allows for a large communal courtyard at podium level. The building required careful design of the distribution of massing, to ensure that the scale contextually fit with its surrounds. A combination of timber boxed elements and visual breaks throughout the height of the building, creatively articulates the façade.
